If you are expecting to get parts on time don’t order from here was told one month to ship out and didn’t even create label till 2 months and half later
Purchased a tail section for a 2020 Ducati. Item arrived in an incorrect color, missing all the hardware, and did not match the description listed on the site. I was told by customer service I was installing it wrong and needed to drill holes, but the item specificially mentioned it mounts to the OEM seat latch and there's no fastening holes on the OEM seat on this bike. Orderd a 2025 gsxr750 undertail from them. Selected the pearl brilliant white color. Took a month to get. Product showed up in the wrong pearl color. Sent pics to prove, they said the team said it was ok. After speaking to a few people i was refunded 50.00 for the wrong color. They blamed the paint company color rite for the problem. I called color rite direct, spoke to a great guy. He sent me samples and asked me for the pics. He said the color is way off. He is going to take care of the problem since hot bodies will not. Purchased a kit from hotbodies and I would not recommend. I've been riding for almost 20 years and this by far has been the worst set of bodywork fitment wise and flexibility. I learned my lesson and will never purchase another set. The wait to get a set of crc from Europe or the price point of armor bodies is definitely worth it.
