I have had the pleasure of going to this salt room and let me just tell you the relief I am feeling. The cedar is terrible this season and has been killing me but with the help of the salt I am actually able to,breath again. On my next visit we are doing a sauna session very excited for it!!!
Salt Therapy has helped curb my allergies and my sons cold dramatically! We have found our new go to for an all natural alternative! Thank you so much Hot and Salty Spa for helping us the all natural way. After just one session we could actually breathe again. We will definitely be back for future session.
