Great from quote to service. I got detailed information from the different options when replacing my AC and Wayne was very attentive resolving all the questions. Now, I get maintenance on the unit from them and it is great.
Hot 2 Cold Air Conditioning provided top notch service. Our tech was David Martinez. He was professional, super efficient, courteous, understanding, and helped us by clearly explaining the problem and process for fixing our ac. We highly recommend them for any heating and cooling needs.
I asked the tech to check my refrigerant. He said “oh wow, you’re at least 5 pounds low on R22. You have a leak and you might as well get a new system because we charge $300 PER POUND OF R22!!!!!” I knew the tech was just trying to sell me a new system for nothing, so I spent $600 on a set of professional AC gauges because my gauges suck and I’m lazy about certain things like manual calculating my sub-cooling numbers.
