Bait and switch. The embassy suites south Anaheim location is lying to customers about their construction project to keep sales high. Dieter Hissin, the general manager, won’t even return my call to discuss. The front desk staff is rude. I explained my concerns and they responded by encouraged me to give this stay a 5 star rating. It was like I hasn’t heard at all. Say elsewhere.
how do you explain what you put guests through at the now defunct Pheasant Run Resort? I have literally never seen a more poorly run place, dirty, filthy, uncaring and an expensive rip-off.
Sadly, The Abbey resort in now run by this awful company. If it was not one thing it was another: our Christmas Eve dinner giving people food sickness and low morale. The constant drilling and construction that they seem to have no problem putting right under guests rooms before 8 am. Yet there own company is closed until the new year. SMH I will never be returning to any resorts you manage.
