I had a complicated experience working with Host Genius. From the very beginning, a specific payment amount was agreed upon for a trial period, but by the end of it, the agreed amount was not honored. I tried to reach out several times to resolve the situation and only received a response after leaving this review. I had an unprofessional experience working with Host Genius. Throughout my time with them, communication was limited and unclear, and at the end of the agreement, they failed to pay the full amount agreed upon in the contract. Despite several follow-ups, I received no response. If this is how they treat their collaborators, it raises concerns about how they might treat their clients. I wouldn’t recommend them.
Just wanted to say that this company has been great and give a huge shout out of thanks. I have been working with Kerri Anne for almost a year now, and she continues to navigate me through these uncertain times. Various federal and municipal governmental changes, ever-changing rules from my condo building, managing the guests, managing her cleaning staff, & managing me and my expectations.
