Well not only do we have to worry about being scammed on the internet now.Now we get scammed by realtor companies as well. You go in and explain your situation to them and your told you will be ok as long as you get a Co-Signer. Well you get one and you are charged $105.00 and your told you meet their requirements. After you pay them you go a few days with out hearing from them.and when you call them your told ohh we can't help you. Pass poor place....

I am having a horrible experience with Hostetter, New Holland, PA. I am currently renting a property over 1,000.00 a month, I am nearing the end of my lease and as a courtesy, I have given them a 60 day notice which legally I am only resposible to give 30 days. When I was TOLD what day and time they were coming for a showing, I responded that the time didn't suit me as I only have that hour in a long work day to freshen up, eat and let the dog out to go to the bathroom.
