I spent 7 years in a townhouse quiet with no problems. As soon as it was bought by Hostetter my little family of two was harassed monthly. We received letters in the mail about things that were our previous landlords responsibility. We were packed up and gone in a year, got a $3 deposit back. The place was nicer when I left then when I moved in.
