Id like to say I had a good experience but i didnt I had links taken out of my watch it was supposed to be 4 links it took 3 days and only 3 were taken out so my watch was still to big and it was scatched up all on the side because he forced the pins out after then taking it to kays they stated the pins in my watch had screws and needed screwed out not hit out the pins were crushed on one side that the pins were so messed up they wouldn't touch it i would not be upset if it wasn't a $650 watch
