Neat little jewelry store. Very friendly and helpful staff 👍. They cleaned up an old watch and got it working. Very reasonable repair price 👍. Also they put 2 links in the band, can't even see where they are - nice 👍. Will be back again. Also very quick work even with the 4th of July. I did fine the links had to look on the back. Different label on the back, same brand 👍.
Whatever you do, do not take your gold here, I was literally there maybe two weeks ago and they weighed my stuff up and told me that I had 12.2 penny weights worth of gold and offered me $764, So I called another place that buys gold and ask them hey look I’ve got 12.2 penny weight of gold how much is that worth mind you? Id like to say I had a good experience but i didnt I had links taken out of my watch it was supposed to be 4 links it took 3 days and only 3 were taken out so my watch was still to big and it was scatched up all on the side because he forced the pins out after then taking it to kays they stated the pins in my watch had screws and needed screwed out not hit out the pins were crushed on one side that the pins were so messed up they wouldn't touch it i would not be upset if it wasn't a $650 watch
