Jane Cebula recently acted as a Property Manager for one of my listings that had been rented to a tenant. She is absolutely the best and can deal with any issue that arises! She is always one step ahead of the game and nothing is too much for her to handle. Jane has a wealth of contractor contacts who will jump through hoops to accommodate her. If you need someone to handle Property Management in your absence, Jane should be your 1st call!

My family needed accommodations on short notice and Hosted Quarters came to our rescue!! The home was immaculate and fully stocked with linens and cooking supplies. We were able to feel at ease and comfortable right away. Jane was also extremely responsive (even when I locked myself out of the house on the evening of July 4th!!!) and went out of her way to help us during a very stressful time. I would highly recommend Hosted Quarters to anyone looking for housing solutions.

When we were in a bind due to an emergency, Jane and her co-worker went above and beyond to get us into an apartment immediately. The apartment was fully appointed, cozy, immaculately clean, and in a perfect location. They were wonderful to work with. I can't stress enough how grateful we were to them for providing us with a true respite from the upheaval we were dealing with. A fantastic service with fantastic people.

The apartment we rented was beautiful and well cared for. It didn't feel like a rental apartment, but home that my family could live in while we were renovating our house. Management was on top of things and responsive to text or email if there was ever a problem. I highly recommend.
