As great as the credit card machines and processing services are, the best part of Host Merchant Services is the customer service. It doesn't matter who you talk to, everyone is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. My company has not had any issues. I highly recommend them for your business.
Been using Host Merchant Services for my credit card processing and I gotta say, I'm impressed. Was kinda hesitant at first, but their fees are wayyy lower than my old provider. Seriously, it's saving me a good chunk of change every month. Customer service? Top-notch.
