I highly recommend this processer. I called today and spoke with Collin in tech support, as I wanted to make some adjustments to my terminal. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had a lot of questions, which brought on more questions, and he answered them all thoroughly and patiently. I rarely come across anyone in tech support that even appears like they want to help, let alone one with a genuinely good attitude. I would hire this guy in minute if I could!
I have been with this company for a very long time, VERY happy. No one can beat their rates or their service. This team, many times, over the years has gone above and beyond to make sure I had the support that I needed to keep my business going. If I could, 6 Stars!

As great as the credit card machines and processing services are, the best part of Host Merchant Services is the customer service. It doesn't matter who you talk to, everyone is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. My company has not had any issues. I highly recommend them for your business.
