Unreliable and untrustworthy. I'm only familiar with this company through vending machines they own at my work location. Often times they take your money without vending and they have an incredibly inconvenient reimbursement method that's not worth going through for a few bucks. I've watched a sandwich fall out of reach and become stuck in the machine and a technician of theirs lied to me saying that it wasn't thee when he arrived. All three machines are currently broken and haven't been repaired in three weeks.
Enjoyed Host Coffee at Saltgrass Restaurant, it was THE BEST!
