We were there for a banquet and waited an hour after ordering for food to arrive. Went up to salad bar and everything was almost empty ot empty. When food arrived it was just slapped on a plate. I order my steak medium well and it came out medium rare. Waitress short staffed and getting drink refills or having order fixed was impossible. Not sure what is going on at Hoss's lately but the quality of service and food has gone drastically down hill.
Went to hoss's in Huntington for dinner tonight it was horrible. The steak I ordered was cold mash potatoes was cold and so was the gravy.Took 45 mins to get my drink after walking up and asking for it then I got it. Was not happy with it at all told the manager about it she did nothing.
Not sure what is up at Hoss's lately. Parking lot was over half empty, went in and asked for Linda. Hostess said there was a 10 minute wait. Ok, sat there and when she finally called us she took us to a section that was not Linda's. Told her we had asked for Linda and she said there were no openings. We looked and her section was almost empty along with the rest of the place. We left.
Not what advertised. Certainly not a steak and seafood restaurant. No alcohol.
