Beware of take out rules – I stopped by this Hoss's today to get a take out to take a meal to my grandson for his birthday. I placed my order but asked if I could substitute a veggie for the salad bar. The hostess said no. I then asked for a box to get something from the salad bar. Upon returning to the hostess station the manager met me and informed me that I had to pay by the pound for the salad because it was take out. Why didn't the hostess tell me that initially? Just an ok place – C'mon, this is Hoss's. If you want a salad bar and on ok steak at good prices, then this place is average at best.
Yum, Yum!! – Great selection, and super prices. You can't beat this place. There is someyhing for everyone, and all you can eat to boot. Even with a long line you never wait more than 5 minutes, and I eat there 0nce a week. Service is wonderful, and the help is courtious.
