Dr. Hosseini and his staff have been nothing but amazing! He even called me personally to check in on how I was doing after the surgery. Highly recommend and glad I chose this office to do my procedure.
Dr Hosseini and his assistants have been amazing, except the receptionist at the Culebra location. All of the stone oak team has been amazing and kind. For the Culebra location it’s just been the receptionist that has been either condescending to myself or to her own team. My first time at the Culebra location the receptionist was “discussing” how one of the assistants either took or didn’t take a communication device to a specific assistant who had already apologized more than once (it sounded like she was still new). I like this place. The waiting room is clean and the staff is super friendly. The equipment they have is new. It felt luxurious. Lol. The doctor is super nice as well. She was very thorough. When she looked at my teeth. She was very gentle. My regular dentist recommended this location for porpoer care. I was skeptical at first, but I'm glad I went.
I wouldn’t bring my dog to this “Dr” 6 months ago everything was fine in my mouth. I relocate to San Antonio and all of a sudden I have THOUSANDS of dollars in periodontal work. I initially went in for an implant, which I received. Now the Dr is back peddling that I should have had a bone graft done. Why did you not recommend this from the beginning? Is it money you want or is it just pure incompetence?
