Dr. Elgafy completed L3-L5 decompression surgery with rods/screws/fusion. Surgery went well. No complications. Was able to get off pain meds quickly, began walking in that first week of recovery and it was all positive progression. Two months post op I was ready to go full throttle but I had to wait until I hit the end of the third month to resume all normal activity. I am well pleased with the outcome and highly recommend him to anyone searching for a surgeon to address lower back issues.
Dr. Elgaphy was a very good listener . He gave me options for treatment and explained each one in detail. I highly recommend him as a physician.
Dr. Elgafy does a great job at making sure you understand what he's explaining and making you a part of the decision making.
Very kind,caring Doctor. I was hoping for a faster remedy but got scheduled for a another month out. Hoping I can endure this pain that much longer
If you are seeing this doctor, don't walk...run! I was sent to him and he never addressed any issues found In my MRI. He was awful. I definitely wouldn't recommend
