I can’t say enough good things about this hospital. The emergency staff got me in (with my kidney stone) almost immediately and worked like a well-oiled machine to do all the tests they needed to do to get me some pain relief asap. I came from Springfield after some very bad experiences with the hospitals there and it was worth having to pull over and throw up in a cornfield to be treated with respect and empathy. $748 for a strep throat test!? Insane!
Had to visit the Emergency Room yesterday. Though not a fun place to be or an experience anyone wants it was a great experience. From the check in and registration process to being quickly taken back by Nick RN and seen by Dr. Munoz and then taken care of by Isabella RN, everyone was fabulous. Kind, caring, compassionate, and efficient. The lab tech, ER Tech, and the Radiology team as well were all equally as good. So lucky we have this facility in our Christian County communities.
Very pleased with care I received for infected tooth. Dr was very thorough . He did blood work and even scans . CT lady was sweet and explained everything in detail. My nurse w red hair was sweet and even my phlebotomist was careful and very caring. The hospital was the cleanest I have seen a hospital. I was given pain meds. It did take a little while but overall this is where I’ll go in an emergency.
