Worked for this company a couple of years ago. I found it to be a really horrible environment. Plus I found the service we were offering to be less than professional, or accurate. Shoppers reviewing hotels often make mistakes in there ratings... these have dire consequences in peoples jobs, and the shopper system for Hotels. Horrible Company To Work For – This is a very confusing environment. There are tons of expectations, none of which are a outlined, or verbally given in a manner that anyone could improve at there job. Most of work is done online. Corporate has horrible computers that are riddled with viruses, and malware which will destroy your computer. Most are hired on a temporary basis.
