I have called multiple times to reserve a room for my husband's surgery. There is never an answer and it always goes to a recording. It says to leave your information, but the mailbox is full and then says that there's an air in the mailbox. I even left an email, but there was no response.
Be careful if you wanna rent @ this place. They'll try to break your lease unlawfully for their benefit. It takes management days to return your calls (most times calls are not returned) and as far as things beings fixed HAHAHA haven't had anything completed yet
Wonderful place for those needing housing very close to Mother Frances Hospital. Everything you need, included in the unit.
Staff are wonderful, very helpful! I'm so thankful for Hospitality House! Close to hospital when my family member was in surgery and recovering. Rooms are clean and have all that is needed. Roll-away bed was less comfortable. I felt safe there. Have stayed there twice so far.
The staff here is VERY friendly and helpful. During a very stressful time, they provided a very calming experience. The rooms are clean and have everything you need to stay for an extended period of time. They can and will provide helpful tips for getting around Tyler when you are in no way familiar with the area. I appreciate their attitude and smiling faces. Also!! They are very conveniently located right behind the hospital, an easy walk away.
