Wonderful place for those needing housing very close to Mother Frances Hospital. Everything you need, included in the unit.
Staff are wonderful, very helpful! I'm so thankful for Hospitality House! Close to hospital when my family member was in surgery and recovering. Rooms are clean and have all that is needed. Roll-away bed was less comfortable. I felt safe there. Have stayed there twice so far.
The staff here is VERY friendly and helpful. During a very stressful time, they provided a very calming experience. The rooms are clean and have everything you need to stay for an extended period of time. They can and will provide helpful tips for getting around Tyler when you are in no way familiar with the area. I appreciate their attitude and smiling faces. Also!! They are very conveniently located right behind the hospital, an easy walk away.
This place had been my home for the last 14 yrs. It is walkable to the nearby hospital that I work at. Margi, the manager and the staffs are hospitable. I appreciate that they are friendly and accomodating to my brother who has special needs.I am Asian in ethnicity and never had I felt any discrimination.Staffs there became my homies. Even people that are staying there long term are friendly. I only had to move out because I need bigger space so my ageing Dad can stay with us. I will miss them and my walk-in closet though.
It was a difficult decision to leave this place I called home for 10years. Margi, the manager, is awesome and very attentive to our needs. She's very quick to respond and resolve issues in our apartment. Margi, along with Lonnie, Stacie and Mikayla, made our stay a very comfortable and memorable one. Kudos to all of the staff who became our friends. You are all doing a great job! See you all around.😊
