When I was on the hunt for a new HVAC system a few years ago, Hospitality Hearing & Air had the right person meet me at the house and I paid almost $9,000 for a new system. They perform 2 free inspections/check ups on your system to prevent issues during the hot summers or cold winters. UPDATE Mark this one closed. For Sale sign up at vacant Columbia building. (A FB poster from June says sign also up in Rock Hill.) Mail piling up in Columbia includes a visible Sept. 15, 2025, postmarked letter from SC Consumer Affairs (seldom a good sign).. I've included a screenshot from a flyer by Collier, which is handling the sale. No sense of time management or updates untill to late to be called just before 6 and say won't be out untill 9:30 at night for simple maintenance when my original appt was canceled and I had to call in to find very poor. Customer service Might have to look at differnt options
