Does not honor the service contract. Trying to compensate for there time to repair unit when it was there fault. Owner will lie etc to cover his butt. Technicians tore up my unit by adding too much freon. He's accusing me of not paying service fees when I have a free service contract and even though the unit keeps tearing up they get the parts. Now he's saying after 8 yrs that his office did not do a warranty transfer. I guess I'll see him in court
When I was on the hunt for a new HVAC system a few years ago, Hospitality Hearing & Air had the right person meet me at the house and I paid almost $9,000 for a new system. They perform 2 free inspections/check ups on your system to prevent issues during the hot summers or cold winters. I shared with the person who scheduled my check up that my schedule wasn't flexible due to my cancer treatments. UPDATE Mark this one closed. For Sale sign up at vacant Columbia building. (A FB poster from June says sign also up in Rock Hill.) Mail piling up in Columbia includes a visible Sept. 15, 2025, postmarked letter from SC Consumer Affairs (seldom a good sign).. I've included a screenshot from a flyer by Collier, which is handling the sale.
