No sense of time management or updates untill to late to be called just before 6 and say won't be out untill 9:30 at night for simple maintenance when my original appt was canceled and I had to call in to find very poor. Customer service Might have to look at differnt options
I have a service agreement with this company, which I thought would ensure timely and reliable support. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. I called on Thursday (7/24) afternoon to schedule a tech to check our AC that had completely stopped working. I spoke with Laurie, who scheduled us for any time after 12pm on Friday—totally understandable that same-day service wasn’t possible given the timing of my call. Would give zero stars if possible! Worst customer service. The lady who answers the phone is rude and no help. No communication! They do not call you back when they say they will and most of the time when you call no one answers the phone. Cannot get anyone to let me speak to a manager either!
