Very happy with our one night stay at this hotel on our return journey to Perth from Kalbarri. Our room was very clean, comfortable and peaceful. The Emerald Room restaurant is great - food and service exceptional. All of the staff team we encountered were lovely. So welcoming and friendly. Thank you to all the team for making our stay, as brief as it was, so enjoyable.
Stayed here for 2 nights in August recently. All units on ground level and parking right In front of the unit. Nice clean room and quiet. Simple breakfast buffet, the same spread for the 2 days which is enough to start the day until a nice lunch.
Suits the Best Western brand. Rooms are large but dated.
Extremely disappointed in our stay here. At 3:30am we heard someone trying to break into our room and woke up to our car broken into too. Valuable items stolen and a smashed window. Three other vehicles also broken into during the night. We were advised that upon check in we were supposed to be given a notice to put on our dash that there were no valuable items left in the car, however we did not receive this nor were we told of the other recent break ins that have been happening at the hotel.
