The worst experience ever. The other nurses were fine but there was the doctor we saw Dr. Shitiz Sriwastava was awful from being straight up rude to cutting us off and not even letting my mother explain. He just made it seem that he didn’t care for my mothers wellbeing and was rushing through everything without explanation. Please don’t go to thi hospital if you don’t him he’s a neurologist.

WORST HOSPITAL I'VE EVER BEEN TO IN MY 55 YEARS ON THIS EARTH! Do not go here under any circumstance unless you want a subpar experience. The nurses were all great to my daughter although I did have to tighten up one but after that she was great. How does a doctor not see a patient whose sugar is over 300? How does that same doctor, Dr. Sadiq, release a patient who needs insulin but left out so much on the prescription the pharmacist couldn't fill it. Every number given to the pharmacist was incorrect. Very disappointed in the quality of service. I was told that my women’s wellness visit would be covered by my insurance and it was not. It was supposedly verified by the front desk. I paid for insurance all year, this is the one appointment I make and it is not covered. The front desk should have informed me that they were not sure it was covered instead of saying that it was. I am a social worker and just adopted a rescue dog and can not afford this bill. This is very sad and puts me in a terrible situation.

This clinic is incapable of scheduling an appointment. I called to schedule an appt at their Med center location and the attendant was useless and instead booked me at their downtown location without warning me. When I showed up to the appt, they turned me away and were not willing to apologize or accomodate me. They do not care about the patient.
