If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have had issues with their billing for the past 6 months. Have made many phone calls to which I get a different answer each time. At first my insurance is out of network. Now, it is somehow magically in network but coded incorrectly and not covered. Had to open a case with my insurance. I do not trust this place and will be seeking medical attention from another doctor due to my doctor's contract with this place. Also cannot provide proof for anything. Never received a bill from them but got 1 months later from a debt collector.
They never reached out to my insurance, instead they sent me straight to debt collections.
Zero stars. Same experience as others. Never received a bill but had debt collectors calling. Feels like a scam.
7 months after a procedure, HPAP has repeatedly failed to correct a reported bill coding issue per my insurance provider and my doctor's office. And when I call and ask to speak with a Supervisor I am put on hold and wait for 5+ minutes before a supposed phone transfer to a supervisor which results in being hung up on (this has occurred multiple times).
