7 months after a procedure, HPAP has repeatedly failed to correct a reported bill coding issue per my insurance provider and my doctor's office. And when I call and ask to speak with a Supervisor I am put on hold and wait for 5+ minutes before a supposed phone transfer to a supervisor which results in being hung up on (this has occurred multiple times). And I keep receiving notices threatening bill collections even though my insurance company, HealthPartners, says I own nothing and if the billing coding was correct from HPAP... read more

If I could give them zero stars I would- My July 1st 2024 statement showed I owed them $855.69- I set up a direct payment from my HSA- I also set up another to a different provider. It auto populated with the previous payee and they were sent an additional $293- I've called at least 6 times, had a conference call with this shady outfit and they denied any over payment- They keep telling me I owed them exactly the amount of the overpayment- gaslighting SOB's! I don't know what kind of accounting system they have but it is def... read more

Got a procedure done with Allina and the biopsy was done by HPAPA. No one at Allina told me this would be happening. I was surprised when I got a bill in the mail from this scammy-looking company asking me for $148. I called HPAPA and asked why I was being billed and they said 'because of the services you had done at Allina.' I asked if they have any sort of confirmation number that I could take to Allina to confirm their involvement. I asked if they knew my Allina account number. Anything. Anything at all that connects them... read more

Paid bill 3 weeks after date of service. They state it was posted to wrong account. Because of this mistake they made and did not catch, they have debt collectors after us. We received in the mail a few months ago. Called and told them it was paid. They said they would take care of this mistake and yet now we have phone calls and more mail form the collection agency. This company is pathetic as far as their billing office. Beware! Watch your bills and keep close tabs.

Got a SMS from this organization prompting me to enter my birth date and pay $300 - there was no itemized bill and it looks like a fly by night scam. Do not pay these crooks.
