This ER was complete chaos. It was unbelievably overcrowded, unorganized, and felt like absolute mayhem. Staff were dismissive, rude, and no one seemed to know what was going on. My patient gave a urine sample and it sat out for five hours without being checked. We kept asking for updates and were completely ignored. There was zero sense of urgency or care for patients. The situation became so bad that I ultimately had to check my patient out myself because they simply were not being attended to. We had to go to another hosp... read more

I do not recommend wait in pain and can’t me give me a room but next person does crazy to me been here since 5 and it is now 10:45 pm still sitting tho I see why people don’t go here I should look at the rating before I came
No privacy, I feel violated, my medical history was access without my permission and given out, I feel my HIPAA rights have been infringed, violated. I contacted Penn about this, and all they could do is go back a few months to see who has accessed my info, they said they couldn't go back any further, so the person get away Scot free. I feel like why bother going to a doctor if someone can just access your info and give it out, this is horrible.
This is the worst hospital for a high risk pregnant patient. I was transferred here from Bryn Mawr because I was told this was the best hospital, but let me just say that couldn’t be far from the truth. The doctors, attendings, residents or otherwise have no idea what’s going on from one person to the next. The MFMs and their IDK is unacceptable to me!! They just have zero clue and that’s scary for a high risk patient. I could care less what kind of surgery staff they have I wouldn’t trust them with my c-section. The wait ti... read more
