Excelente servicio y atención desde el triage, la secretaria, las emfermeras y médicos, especialmente el Doctor YADIEL TOLLINCHI, gracias por ese trato justo dignó y ante todo por ayudarme y ser tan diligente ya que me encontraba con varias lecciones y me ayuron demasiado a calmar tanto dolor, mil y mil bendiciones para tan excelente equipo de trabajo.
Pudiera darle un 5 porque siendo honesto, en los últimos 4 meses he visitado esta sala de urgencias por diferentes razones sea conmigo o algún familiar. Donde me he sentido satisfecho con el trato del personal (enfermeras, guardias de seguridad, etc... y ALGUNOS MEDICOS) Donde me he sorprendido que atienden con prontitud al paciente sin importar la edad (3 horas como máximo entre la llegada de anotarse, ir a vitales, secretaria, primera vista con él médico, tratamiento y nuevamente con el médico y el alta) para mi es un buen... read more
My husband had an injury to his hand. We were checked in quickly. Waited 10 mins for Triage. 5 mins later got put into the system to queue us in for the doctor to see us. Got called in 10 mins later. The staff, receptionist, triage nurse, doctor and nurses were amazing. Very personable and explained treatment and follow up very clearly. The best Emergency room experience we've has since we moved here to PR 1 year ago.
