She has got to be the least professional individual in all of psychiatric medicine. My first appointment with her was set to be one Wednesday at 2pm. Shortly after I left the office the front desk called me to push my appt back a couple hours because Dr. Zenaida Eclarinal would be leaving early that day. I said that was fine & they set my appt for 12pm. I showed up on Wednesday, quite early, at 11:35am. Had a broken pelvis identified by the ER, but missed by UT Hill Country. Admitted to Rehab unit on 2nd floor for physical therapy. Care was excellent, people were professional, kind, clear communicators. Wonderful PT staff. Best hospital stay I have ever experienced. Good Food too!!! I'll go back when I need them that's for sure. I trust them. Thanks for the great and effective care.

Add a mother of six, I have to say that I absolutely love this hospital. My kiddos now range from 35yrs to 11yrs and I've always taken them to this hospital. Why?...because they absolutely care...
11-30-16 I went to this facility this am due to blurred vision in rt eye. IMMEDIATELY upon entering ER I was escorted back to a treatment room. Within 5 min I was introduced to Dr. Holland. He began acessing my situation and was very thorough and professional. He also treated me like I was a person with a medical concern, not a number or $ to be made. After assessment was complete, Dr. Holland not only strongly suggested I see an Opthamologist, he contacted one, contacted my PCP for a referral and gave me address and directi... read more

Unfortunately I have been there several… Unfortunately I have been there several times. They are terribly under staffed. The wait is extremely long unless you are actually having a heart attack at the time. I have been brought in by EMS and it still takes forever to see a Doctor. The nurses are rude. You cannot find anyone even when you are admitted back in the emergency room. On the plus side, when you do FINALLY see a Doctor, they have been friendly and caring. The worst Hospital in America. DO NOT GO HERE. 5 hour ER wait, then put on a bed and left in a hall way for another 2 hours. PLEASE trust me..... Don't take your loved ones to this place.
