Dr Vikas Shahi is everything you wish for in your provider. He's super smart, kind, empathetic, listens and explains everything with clarity. You don't feel like a number in an Orthopedic factory. With many doctirs these days you talk to the back of their heads while they are writing in the computer. Not with Dr Shahi. He has great communication. I am so thrilled I found him and so is my left knee!!

Closer to an assembly line than a caring health organization. They proceed with their meds and procedures without notice of exceptions.. I advised during pre-op physical of my allergies. Despite this, I was given a med with a cross allergy because the nurse practitioner said she did "not believe" I was allergic. I developed severe reaction; the surgeon was "unavailable". It took 5 days to provide an alternative. They covered their mistake with annoyance as though I was the problem.

I had the best doctor there is, DR Cytnthia Kahlenberg!!!!! He did a great job and I was treated with the best care. I thank the whole team that worked on my hip. I am only 36 but they helped me bounce back fast.

HSS is a super ignorant n dumb organization. Sue Clark in patient advocacy had the audacity 2 call me with security on the phone 2 threaten n harass me like they were Hitlers 3rd Reich! They r the affirmative action gestapo. Demanding u kiss there foot n b apologetic when receiving INCOMPETENT services. When I complained about incompetent clerical staff they called me n threatened me saying security was on the phone n basically said because I complained I was being racist.
