They will never call you back. My son is killing himself and they wont even give me a call. They have switched our doctors 5 times in 6 months but refuse to ask us whay dr we want. They continue to place us with the incompetent dr that gave us the run around for 6 months about a referral.. now we are told they we don't need one. They tell us to go to the free clinic instead of helping us find the appropriate dr that my son needs.. meds are changed without me being called.. Management will not call you back.
