Worst ER experience. Arrived here after puking with a stomach virus all day. Severely dehydrated on the verge of passing out. After waiting for over an hour. Shaking cannot feel my limbs so dehydrated. Was sent back to a room where it took an additional 45 minutes to receive any help begging for anti nausea medicine and an iv bag. Finally medicine was delivered to me in a half empty hospital. Meanwhile nurses were all doing nothing except for tik tok dances in the center office. Finally got an iv and medication. Here helping my mom while she’s staying after her knee replacement surgery. The nursing assistants have been awful — they spend more time gossiping than caring for their patients. My mom pressed the call button for nearly two hours before anyone came, while she was in excruciating pain and needed her bed padding changed. This level of neglect is unacceptable. If I could give one star, I would — honestly, I’d give zero.

Hospital Buen Samaritano, Sala de Emergencias. Falta total de conocimiento y servicio, y total perdida de tiempo. Esperamos ocho horas para que la médica a cargo, la Dra. Arroyo, no realizara ningún examen físico del pie fracturado de un familiar y, finalmente, reconociera que no sabía interpretar la radiografía. Un nivel de competencia profesional alarmantemente bajo.
