The care during the 8 days that mom was on the third floor was excellent. Dr. Juan Colón, Dr. Figueroa, the other physicians, the nurses, the cleaning staff — in short, the entire 24-hour team — exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived at the emergency room, the staff on duty, although limited, provided excellent service. On behalf of the Rosado Muñoz family, we are eternally grateful.

A horrible and frustrating experience. I brought my mom to the hospital with clear signs of a stroke, and we spent almost 10 hours in the waiting room without anyone taking her vitals. Even though we explained it was an emergency, she was not treated as a priority. When they finally the doctor saw her, we waited another 5 hours just to be told there was no neurologist available, and that we had to transfer her to another hospital. Worse experience ever. Doctor wasn’t emphatic with any sick people. If I could give 0 stars I would do it but I can’t.

Siempre que voy a emergencia tengo que estar encimas de las enfermeras y doctores porque sino nos dejan.tirados hasta que se le de la.gana no sirven un abuso que tienen con los pacientes. Lleve a mo hija el sabado a las 12:00pm y sali a las 10:00 pm que creeen
