One of the most degrading hospital experiences I have ever had. My elderly mother was brought to Hospital Auxilio Mutuo during a Law 408 crisis. We went through THREE SHIFT CHANGES while my sister and I repeatedly asked what was happening and when she would be attended to. Only after I approached a woman I believed was a supervisor and told her my mother had been there since the previous day did things finally begin to move. The lack of basic compassion was shocking. Centro de imagenes para la mujer. Horrible la organización. Hice cita para las 7 am. Espere 2 horas para que me atendieran e indicaran que la orden que tenia no funcionaba. El sistema tiene problemas y no sube las órdenes hechas por los doctores de clinicas externas. Asique tuve que bajar a clinicas externas para que pudieran imprimir y volver a centro de imagenes. Por supuesto hay que esperar 30@40 minutos mas. No lo recomiendo… antes era excelente hospital pero con los cambios que han hecho últimamente van para peor. Si va... read more

Emergencias es un genuino circo con empleados y apáticos a empatia y los médicos diciendole a uno como paciente que mi resultados de orina salió bien, mi mamá le dijo que nunca me tomaron la muestras por morfina y cuando la Dra. No quiero hacer la orina con actitud termino yo orinando sangre fresca y vomitando para volver.... Auxilio Mutuo genuinamente le importa sus pacientes o solo las facturaciones. Sigo aquí por segunda vez. Deberían de cerrar.
