Horrible company & care. They are not organized, and their doctor does not listen to your concerns & invalidates any issues you are experiencing. I’ve never had a positive interaction with any of their staff members. Their doctor takes vacation leaves for months at a time. When you do get an appointment they last 5 minutes & the doctor does not let you speak or ask questions. I should never have done my sleep study through this group, it’s worth waiting the extra weeks for a referral to a clinic within an actual Hospital.

I had personal great experiences at the Hawkesbury laboratory myself as an employee for 3 months. I had to leave due to mental disability recommended by my doctor. It was a hard call cause this is by far the most rewarding job I had to learn. And I am forever grateful. Who knows. Maybe in the future I'll be back. But for now, I must take care of myself! I will miss you guys, and I will keep recommending Hospital Alliances in Hawkesbury or whichever they are! Thank you! LianeB
