Shoutout to the CNA’s and the people that clean the rooms. 4th floor nurses checking people in are extremely rude especially the noc shift. Nurse Diana specifically needs Jesus in her heart how are you a nurse and so full of anger
Horrible customer service. I took my child here to see the Orthopedic , Her doctor sent us here, as she put in a referral. Doctor told us to go immediately to see the orthopedic. The man at the check-in was so rude. We are people going in to see an orthopedic because of a serious injury. The unprofessional and rude attitude is really not appreciated . He had a bad attitude absolutely no help whatsoever, Just because he wants to sound like he’s right. As a nurse myself I know this is unacceptable behavior towards individuals.
