Service is ok but the waiting time you have to endure is aggravating an concerning. My husband went in with chest pains on a verge of a heart attack an they didn't call his name until 4 hrs waiting in the emergency department
As I'm sitting in waiting room 7 in the morning, 3rd floor, I went to get a cup of coffee...Umm, yuck bug floating in it right a I poured. I said something to the girl at desk and she totally ignored so I'm waiting for all these workers to finish off that coffee and a fresh pot made! Hope you employees enjoyed it!! How do you come in with pain from kidney stones and it’s been 5 hours and still waiting?? Thank God I live in Indiana. If this how hospitals are in NC I feel sorry for these people!
Horrible experience. Nursing staff and nurse techs do not care. Rang for nurse several times, she never came. Asked her why said woman at desk probsbly forgot! Asked for a product, never got it. Asked to take a shower and was handed a washcloth and towel and told to wash up at the sink. I was very sick and this was very hard to do. 1 nurse tech especially mean. I observed nurses huddled giggling, surfing the net on their phones or checking their hair for split ends. But just let us ask for a cup of ice or a drink for my mom, and you would think they were ... read more
