When I to collect my BOL’s , I had to call on their phone to the guard shack I’m coming back down there with the trailer number and seal number. It was a process just to leave the place, SLOW IT DOWN ON THE TRAIN TRACKS COMING TO THE OFFICE. If not you will be lifted up out your seat . Once I got to the guard shack I couldn’t leave because they didn’t get the good to go from the office, The whole time I’m thinking I called you prior to me coming. It was just weird and a bit of waste of time.
