Take my advice and use a caring Hospice. Who writes these reviews? I got tired of the negative attitude of those at the office. I changed to a caring Hospice . Best move I've made in a long time.
I am forever indebted to Hospice Services of Reno for the extraordinary care they provided for my mother, uplifting her with dignity and compassion. Their devoted nurses, and CNAs are always available when help is needed. Any time I needed something, someone answers the phone instantly, always delivers the supplies immediately and any medical concerns are always meticulously thought for and resolved. Excellent patient care and a loving team of RNs, CNAs, social work and more. My family was anxious about the process along the way and they handled us with grace and ease professionalism and heart. They gave us flexibility when they could and went the extra mile. I am glad my Dad had their help at the end of his life.
The staff of this facility are awesome. My sister and I had to put my dad into hospice about a month and a half ago. He was with them for a month until he passed away Sunday, March 23. They were amazing towards him, even though his attitude wasn’t the best and they were awesome with the family, even though we were pulling our hair out and very, very frustrated because we just didn’t know how to care for him or that we could do this by ourselves much longer.
