My mother was with Hospice of Reno, the dignity and efficiency of her care was unsurpassed. Rocelle and Mary Chris were in credible. She was kept comfortable and relaxed. The spoke with care and compassion. They also taught me how to care for my mother for when they were not here. She was bathed 3 times a week, did her hair and brushed her teeth. Called on a Saturday as was told we can't keep showing up to help and more info she told us about how bad my father is doing . Not the best weekend crew for 25/7 help . Weekday girls are amazing and caring Nothing bad with are nurse love the care .

Hospice Svcs of Reno had cared for our 96 year old mother for over 4 months now and their care has been excellent. Roselle is the hospice nurse and she updated us daily and sends us pictures of our mother in her room. The CNA Geline bathes our mom a few times each week and gives her personal care ( like facials). Finally Lolla is the head manager that overseas the overall care for our Mom.
I was only affiliated with hospice for a short time but what I experienced was a blessing. The staff was so sensitive but also firm about what to expect and be prepared for. The CNAs were upbeat and positive. Nurse Arra got me through the final hours with confidence and encouragement. And Lolla put my mind to rest more than once. I would be pleased to refer Hospice Services of Reno to anyone.
