After we went through the other shitty hopice care, this one made us appreciate their service more. Excellent service, great communication. They provided my mom in law the best care during the final time of her life. Very caring and loving team. Thank you
My Mom is currently in Brookdale of Reno and fortunately we were referred to Lolla with Hospice Services of Reno. They have been extremely helpful in navigating this difficult process, I am not sure what we would have done without their knowledge and assistance. The staff has been remarkable with us and very patient with my Mom who has not been easy. We would strongly recommend them to anyone that is dealing with an aging parent.
Take my advice and use a caring Hospice. Who writes these reviews? I got tired of the negative attitude of those at the office. I changed to a caring Hospice . Best move I've made in a long time.
I am forever indebted to Hospice Services of Reno for the extraordinary care they provided for my mother, uplifting her with dignity and compassion. Their devoted nurses, and CNAs are always available when help is needed. Excellent patient care and a loving team of RNs, CNAs, social work and more. My family was anxious about the process along the way and they handled us with grace and ease professionalism and heart. They gave us flexibility when they could and went the extra mile. I am glad my Dad had their help at the end of his life.
