Hayda Perdue, MD Lacks compassion and empathy to insist on discharging my family member while our family was at the funeral of my aunt is a clear sign of no compassion. The nurses at the hospice were wonderful and Heaven sent but this doctor and social worker suck. May dear cousin passed today after you all lacked compassion! Couldn’t even wait for us to leave the funeral we were at! NO EMPATHY! NO COMPASSION!
We got lucky and had the nicest nurse, ernesto, and none of the blame is going to him. when we had an emergency we where on hold for almost 40 minutes, and the lift assist ended up just telling us to call an ambulance. FIX THIS. it is rediculous that you cant get ahold of anyone in the event of an medical emergency, and after they finally picked up it took a good 10 minuted of repeating ourselves for the woman on the other end to type the name in, not to mention it toom almost 10 minutes for her to connect us to a nurse.

My sweet Mama was with Hospice Savannah in my home for only a couple of months before she passed. Every single individual I came into contact with during this time was nothing short of an angel among humans. Nurse Patty was a saving grace and exactly who we needed.
