To Hospice Quinte and their staff and volunteers, your quality of care, compassion, empathy and support was above and beyond our expectations. Every effort was made to ensure not only Harvey “James” last days were so comfortable and relaxed, but you looked after us as well, making sure we had food, coffee, snacks, drinks and a place to sleep overnight. My mom, Helen Hales was sent there on September 21/23 and the Staff there were unbelievable, Very kind and compassionate.They looked after my husband and I so well when we were there with her for the three days. I highly recommend this wonderful hospice for any family member or friend.

The staff are so respectful of the people and the families that come for hospice care. Initially, we were surprised that there were no times for meals, but once we knew that food was available in the public fridge, we were able to help our Mom settle into a comfortable frame of mind. This place is quite spacious and very clean. The quilts on the beds add a homey touch. I am grateful for the extra attention my Mim was able to receive during her final weeks.
