Only twice were we contacted as my mother lay dying in a nursing home and the was by a Chaplin once and someone else who didn't tell me anything. It took my mom 10 days to die alone and now we find out that she has been at the funeral home for another 6 days waiting to be cremated but the dr from pres. Hospice has failed to sign her death certificate. Unbelievable! Between the nursing home, funeral home and hospice just just give me my mommy.

So far we have been treated really good here. The staff is really wonderful and very helpful. They are taking care of everything for our loved one. We are really only there to be family and be there for our loved one.

The Hospice program really treated my dying Brother with the upmost dignity and respect. They were very attentive to all his needs and very caring. I appreciated the attentiveness towards the needs of my Brother. Though the situat... read more

Lots of opportunity for improvement. Better pain management for the patient and it's imperative to improve the call back time on the nurse. We feel as though we are not able to recommend this group.

Do not trust your loved one’s care to Presbyterian Hospice! Our family’s experiences with Presbyterian Hospice were devastating. During my grandmother’s last months, Presbyterian Hospice failed to provide support or to follow through with simple needs. Rather than bringing help and comfort, Presbyterian brought an added burden to our family losing a loved one. We live in the East Mountains and when first consulting with Presbyterian about hospice services, we were assured time and time again that the location would not hinde... read more
