I really wanted to give Gentiva 5 stars…however, after the passing of my father, I haven’t heard from them. No bereavement services, nothing. It’s like they just forgot all about him and I. The CNA Tonya is AMAZING and checked on me after, the chaplain is nice. Overall I’m satisfied, but the bereavement services they claim they have was never given to me.
