I really wanted to give Gentiva 5 stars…however, after the passing of my father, I haven’t heard from them. No bereavement services, nothing. It’s like they just forgot all about him and I. The CNA Tonya is AMAZING and checked on me after, the chaplain is nice. Overall I’m satisfied, but the bereavement services they claim they have was never given to me.
Hospice Plus stands out as their team is reliable, available, and caring. Their team responds timely to our patient’s needs and work well with our staff. Ashley is a joy to work with and families love her. Thank you, Hospice Plus!
