It has been absolute pleasure working Hospice Plus/ Gentiva. They took care of my grandmother when she was transitioning to end of life. The nursing staff was exceptional. It also has been a blessing working with Deborah and Jana after my grandmothers passing. The nurses showed compassion, Deborah and Jana have great customer service, and the office staff kept in close contact with our family through such a difficult time. Thank you for being ANGELS!

They have the BEST CNA's, you can see the compassion in their care. I love the way they take care of their patients as if they were their own family.
Hospice Plus, Clear Lake has an amazing staff of nurses, medical director, social workers, chaplain, aides, bereavement coordinator, and volunteers! This team is fantastic and provides compassionate end of life care and support!
The staff go above and beyond “normal” care.
