I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it. Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited?
