The staff provided excellent care. They were compassionate and caring both to the patient and to all of our family. I was extremely pleased with my husband's care. I would highly recommend this facility in Burlington!
First, the quality of care appears to have significantly deteriorated over time. Based on the nursing care that my mother received for 3 weeks during January 2023, I have concluded that it was a tragedy to witness my mother suffering the last hour of her life. Not only did the RNs discount the gravity of her decline, but they lacked empathy and compassion.The last RN who made a visit before she passed had the callousness to tell me in front of my mother that she "had 3 days to live".
