Let my mother in law go without "oficially being admitted" to hospice, she passes the same night after discharge from Meridian and we had to wait until midnight since her passing at 8:00 pm for all the obnoxious paperwork to be done because someone that evening didn't do the proper paperwork. Had to have the police coming over to certify she died of natural causes ,we had to wait for the coroner to certified the death and seriously...making the grieving family wait because someone didn't do the paperwork after 4:00 pm.... I can't tell you how much this organization and Doeys House has done for our families. Thank God they're here.
This place is a joke not going to get into the details but let's just say that if you want the best for your love one then don't come here
My wife Mary was in hospice care for past 4 weeks. I was so glad we told to get you. The nurses,cnas and sit ins were all exceptional and very kind and considerate. They all performed their jobs extremely well. They were always there for me any time I called them day or night. We would highly recommend them to any one that needs hospice care. I would like again to thank everyone for helping me through this hard time. Alvin Fleagle
They did not help my mom at all she was in the worst home don't ever go to Hagerstown Healthcare she was in so much pain I called and beg them hospice to come help her but with Christmas they had no time til Tuesday but she died Sunday in so much pain it shouldn't matter they should of helped her
