i dont the protocalls at this place but my mom case worker cassie basically threw my mom and me under the bus going to the company first rather then talking to us first and it caused a big issue were a admin at this home care place is no longer welcome in my house i want cassie in trouble for causing me headaches i wont be disrespected by no woman or anyone in my house cassie needs to be repremanded and or fired horrible company never returns calls and when they do they screw up and it horrible

I am deeply disappointed and heartbroken by the treatment my family has received from Hospice of Western Reserve. After my father was discharged from the hospital with a very limited life expectancy, we were told he could not return to the hospice services he had previously been receiving. This decision has left us scrambling to find a new agency during one of the most vulnerable and devastating times of our lives.
