I would strongly encourage anyone considering this hospice agency to look elsewhere. Our experience has been one of repeated negligence, poor assessment, and a lack of urgency. Over the course of our time with this agency, there have been multiple instances where serious concerns were either dismissed or handled inadequately. i dont the protocalls at this place but my mom case worker cassie basically threw my mom and me under the bus going to the company first rather then talking to us first and it caused a big issue were a admin at this home care place is no longer welcome in my house i want cassie in trouble for causing me headaches i wont be disrespected by no woman or anyone in my house cassie needs to be repremanded and or fired horrible company never returns calls and when they do they screw up and it horrible
