The staff at Hospice of the Northwest showed such care, warmth, love, and dignity toward our mother and our entire family during this very difficult time. Colleen and Melissa H. were truly exceptional in the compassionate care they provided during our mother’s final days. Their kindness and support meant more to us than words can express. Thank you again to everyone at Hospice of the Northwest for the comfort and respect you gave our mother and our family.
I have no words for the pain and suffering my Mother went through due to the absence of care from this company. Hospice was ordered and approved. Long delay in initial appointment and NO follow up on frantic phone calls made as we navigated a painful death process alone. With adequate time to provide care- they did a phone call “intake” - showed up a week later even with multiple calls in to ask for help. My Mom died 36 hours later.

waited 2 weeks for intake. Loved one died the day before intake appt. She suffered horribly. They blamed the facility for not calling others yet several calls with me were recorded with no recommendations to call a different hospice. All 5 in snohomish county say this should have never happened. 1-2 days max for intake. I have a pic of my Mom doubled over, grasping the end of the bed rail if anyone is needing proof. It’s too upsetting to put here
