waited 2 weeks for intake. Loved one died the day before intake appt. She suffered horribly. They blamed the facility for not calling others yet several calls with me were recorded with no recommendations to call a different hospice. All 5 in snohomish county say this should have never happened. 1-2 days max for intake. I have a pic of my Mom doubled over, grasping the end of the bed rail if anyone is needing proof. It’s too upsetting to put here

HNW was exactly what we needed at exactly the right time. Every staff member supported us above and beyond as we navigated our mother’s end- of- life journey. From nurse visits anytime 24/7 to the most skilled and compassionate spiritual counselor, to the social worker and triage staff we were treated with loving care every step of the way. We would encourage others to choose this non profit hospice and to begin care for a loved one as soon as they qualify. The care my husband has received and myself as well has been so compassionate, caring and helpful. They listen and are so open to helping us figure out how to navigate the tough times and celebrate good moments whenever possible. Even one wonderful hour each day. I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for hospice. 10 stars if I could.
