Not what I thought Hospice was supposed to be. My mom is in discomfort and pain. All they does was order pills, pills, and more pills, which she vomited up constantly, therefore, we are not able to establish a regiment that was consistent to keep her discomfort and pain low. Not satisfied with the level of care my mom is receiving. Seeing what my elderly neighbors went through last night after being on you hospice care for 1 day, I am beside myself. I called them since the initial visit from your nurse was NOTHING!!! No assessment, no instruction for the Morphine and Ativan, even though it’s in the label, her husband is 80 and not even given instructions on how to empty her catheter. No supplies brought for her bed sore that was the size of a quarter and very deep that developed one week of being in SFR. No Assessment!!! They were told they have no nur... read more
