I am an oncology nurse, and we send our patients to this company frequently because of the excellent care, compassion and expertise provided by the medical and supportive staff
We were promised a beautiful caring picture of the care my mom would receive. That was all it was. The “services” they promised were far superior to what was actually received. I can’t even begin to explain the disappointment. If I could give a zero rating, that’s what I would do. We had to call and complain multiple times, then more promises that were not fulfilled. This place does not have enough staff, yet they take on more clients. Staff doesn’t show up and all they do is say what they cannot do. Run, for your life… Don’t subject yourself or your loved ones to the misery this company causes.
In the pg county area there is an extreme nurse shortage with HOC. Poor communication between patient/family via the hotline and nurse station. They never really get back to you sometimes even during crisis situation. You have to call repeatedly. Many plans that they try an execute fails. Overall I would not recommend them unless your love one only has like a few days left and you won't have to deal with them as long. I agree with last few reviews. What was presented to us and the services that were provided to my mom & family are two different things. Far below expectations. The home health aide never showed up & then lied and told staff that she did. We never received our anticipated “starter kit”…the list goes on. They have been a total disappointment and not helpful to us during this very hard time for my mom & family.
