Terrible service. Never even came by for Grandpa. 24/7 is a lie. No one cares there. .
After years of tears and struggle with my mom with dementia, Chesapeake Hospice has come through for us in an amazing way. The care the medical professionals exhibit is second to none. We were promised a beautiful caring picture of the care my mom would receive. That was all it was. The “services” they promised were far superior to what was actually received. I can’t even begin to explain the disappointment. If I could give a zero rating, that’s what I would do. We had to call and complain multiple times, then more promises that were not fulfilled.
