My mother spent her final five days here in 2019. It is a beautiful facility with many compassionate care givers and volunteers. While I had my own mixed feelings about it for many years afterward, they were feelings wrapped in my own grief and I am glad I waited to leave a review. I am now a hospice RN and I wish we had facilities like this were I live and work.
This facility and nurses are wonderful. Answered any questions and made my aunt and grandmother comfortable. My aunt passed dec 2024 and my grandma within last 24-36 hours. We appreciate the things you do for each person in their final days.
If I could leave a review for Dr. Bergman it would be zero stars. She works with hospice patients yet has no empathy or compassion. A patient that cannot swallow pills is on liquid pain killers. Patients asks for a anti inflammatory but gets told she will no longer prescribe liquid meds. They can just take pills. This Dr. should not be practicing medicine.
Go anywhere else. Zero empathy or care.
