As a mental health patient I need specific recommendations during and episode and in this time a little extra due to having colitis which was missed at another ER. I was so emotional and worried yet I received kindness with care and I am better and quickly recovered to take my CNA Exams which I passed! Thank you for caring ! The nursing staff and the receptionist were delightful. So was my doctor! They were kind and gentle and informative. I felt very at ease with my procedure.The pre op and post op were very smooth to right out the door to go home. The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5 was because it was difficult to find the entrance into the hospital for out patient surgery. It needs to be marked more clearly that you have to go through the ER entrance to go back to find the surgery room.
Everyone was friendly efficient and I felt as if they really cared about getting me through and getting me done as soon as possible. Everything was very clean and I have to say that they were very organized. All the staff were very very friendly as well as efficient and professional.
