We were established in 1983 by a group of local individuals who saw the need for hospice care in Okeechobee. Three of those individuals are Paul Buxton, Fran Syfrett and Dorothy Bulger are still involved with Hospice of Okeechobee. We are truly your Hometown Hospice.

These gals are angels on earth ! My father received kind, compassionate, and loving care round the clock. Special thanks to Nurse Sue, Nurse Joan, Miss Ruth, Colleen CNA, and all the other CNAs . We will never forget you.
Great organization, all the staff were friendly and helpful. I would like to send a special Thank You to Margaret and her team for their in home visits and great care of my dad.
