My mother was in hospice care at home for approximately 9 months. Beginning with the nurse that came to the house to make the initial assessment to the last day that they handled my mother’s care our experience with Hospice of New York was excellent. Tara, the nurse assigned to my mother, was caring, attentive, compassionate and professional. She always answered my calls and texts promptly. If the way these people run their business office any indication of how they run their hospice I would be worried. How do you reach out to someone, you make arrangements with them, then you never get back to them, then you reach out to them again and say you will call at a certain time, then never call at all. Unprofessional rudeness is telling.

HONY provided the most compassionate, loving and committed care for our father, Samuel. Kimberly, along with every HONY Nurse, Therapist and other professionals have excelled in their care, devotion and warmth extended to our father and this family.
